Jack is the chef behind British Kitchen. Always passionate about food and cooking he studied for a Cordon Bleu Diploma at the Tante Marie Culinary Academy, coming top in his class. He developed his interest in British food, its history and evolution whilst working at the Michelin starred St John Bar and Restaurant in Smithfield. Jack started the British Kitchen Supper Club as a way of sharing his interests more widely. He takes inspiration from his large collection of historic British cookbooks and the varied local ingredients around his home in East Sussex.
